Perfect day..

I love big lake... We have been camping there for as long as I can remember, and I just love the place more and more... well I wish I could have a cabin there, instead of having to camp, but whatever... it is beautiful there just the same...

we drove up on saturday night, stopped and had dinner at a really great pizza place in sandy. We did'nt make it to bend until almost 11pm... but that was okay, the kids slept most of the way.... we stayed the night with jo, her friend gina, and gina's son steven... it was super fun and they were super gracious to let us crash there weekend for a night... the next morning.... the girls and little boys took a nice walk, which gave steven and B time to watch t.v... which was funny when we got back to the house the boys were sitting in opposite rooms watching different stuff... boys are so weird...

anyway we packed a lunch and headed to the lake for the afternoon.... it was great....

Gina was great at helping with the boys..... I guess it's the years of experience with her own, it made me sad though, gina's boys are grown, and she seems so young, it just made me realize how fast they grow up... my boys are going to be in there twenties before I know it.... so sad....

We spent the day by the tree that we buried my dad's ashes under a couple of years ago... I love that he is laid to rest at such a beautiful place... much better than visiting a cemetary...I miss my dad.... tear
